We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Full-Stack Developer to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that support our products and services. You’ll play a key role in building robust front-end and back-end solutions, enhancing system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Position: Full-Stack Developer
Salary: PHP100,000 - PHP252,000/month (depending on experience, technical depth, and architectural capability)
Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays, AU/NZ business hours; 7:00AM to 4:00PM PH Time; full-time (remote)

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across front-end and back-end systems
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Build and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services
Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best development practices
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements
Qualifications:
2-3 years of proven experience in full-stack development
Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks)
Experience with back-end development using server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or C#, including building and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs and working with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Experience with enterprise-level projects
Prior experience working with very large global firms
Understanding of web security principles and performance optimization
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Good communication and collaboration skills
