Role Overview
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support across multiple teams. This role is suited for someone who is detail-oriented, communicative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will support scheduling, documentation, coordination, and project-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments
Organize inboxes, handle follow-ups, and draft correspondence
Support data entry, documentation, and file management
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Monitor project timelines and assist with task tracking
Help coordinate virtual events, internal communications, and team updates
Conduct basic online research and summarize findings
Provide general administrative support to cross-functional teams
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and similar tools
Strong time-management skills and adaptability
Willingness to learn new tools and processes
Proactive, team-oriented mindset
Position Information
Hours: 15–25 hours per week, Monday–Friday with flexible daytime availability
Work Arrangement: 100% remote (home-based)
Compensation: $24.00 per hour
