Xray is a mission-critical tool at over 10,000 companies in 135 countries, including 137 of the Global 500 like BMW, Samsung and Airbus.As a Partner Success Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Partnerships to play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners around the globe, ensuring their success and driving mutual growth. You will collaborate closely with partners to understand their needs, provide guidance, and deliver exceptional partner and customer service. Your goal will be to foster long-term partnerships, increase partner satisfaction, and drive adoption and revenue growth through effective relationship management.What you’ll do:Identify and recruit new partners within Xray’s ideal partner profile.Evaluate potential strategic partners to ensure synergy with their services, client base, and Atlassian ecosystem connections.Build and nurture strong relationships with Xray partners, including software vendors, resellers, and consultants.Reactivate inactive Xray partners and drive retention of existing onesServe as the main point of contact for your partner portfolio, understanding their business objectives and aligning Xray's capabilities to meet their needs.Conduct regular partner meetings, providing updates, sharing best practices, and addressing any concerns or issues.Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market plans that drive partner success and revenue growth.Ensure partners have access to the necessary resources, such as sales enablement and training materials, and promote Xray’s partner certification.Develop strategies and initiatives to increase Xray usage and expand customer accounts through partners.Track partner performance metrics, including revenue, customer satisfaction, and partner margins, and provide insights and recommendations to drive growth.Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential new partner opportunities.Work closely with Xray’s customer success and support teams to resolve partner-related issues promptly and effectively.
