JOB DESCRIPTION: PRODUCT LINE MANAGER (MARKETING)

We, Innotex Materials Private Limited, are a Performance Clothing Manufacturing Company and a Sportswear brand located in Coimbatore and Tirupur with integrated departments of Design, Product Development, Production and Marketing. We are a company with multiple vertical business units such as Sportswear, Workwear, Uniforms, Technical Textiles, Material Development & Innovation and Advanced Composites products for Defence.
We as a brand are looking for an expert in Marketing as a Product Line Manager for our Institutional Clothing business line. Targeting Schools, Colleges and Sports Clubs, this job role is all about Marketing the Products and Services of our company to the respective customers. This is an ever growing department in the company where customer interaction and internal communications are the crux.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop business and acquire new customers for our Sportswear and Uniform business
- Create strategies on Business Development in different demography and regions
- Constant communication with the customers to know their needs on Apparel
- Regulate the workflow from customer orders to the internal production teams
- Understand the Apparel Product needs and translate to the Product Developers and develop
- Visit customers like Sports clubs, Schools and Colleges for Product Marketing on a regularly
- Bring Innovative strategies and campaigns to acquire new customers
- Maintain customer relations through professional communication and product presentations
Skills Required:
- Good proficiency in English & Tamil
- Experience in customer facing environments and product presenations
- Basic analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Social Media handling and communication skills
- Be Independent, Have the- right attitude, creative thinking, Problem solving skills
Experience & Location:
- Attitude and ideas are all that matters
- Driving capability would be an advantage
- Work Location: Tirupur
