We're looking for our first sales hire to build Jarmin's sales motion from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founders to find the right companies, understand what makes them buy, and build pipeline from scratch.
You'll own the full motion. Some days you're researching accounts and building target lists. Other days you're cold calling, writing outbound, sitting in on founder-led deals, or attending events to start conversations with potential customers. The work will be broad because the function is still being built.
In any given week you'll be:
Finding the right companies and buyers and figuring out how to reach them
Writing and running outbound across email, calls, events, referrals, and other channels
Working founder-led deals alongside us from first conversation through close
Testing messaging and positioning and learning what works
Setting up systems for prospecting, follow up, CRM, and reporting
Turning what works into a repeatable playbook
Ideally you:
Have sold in a B2B, outbound, or founder-led setting and know how to create pipeline, not just work it
Are persistent and hard to discourage
Are comfortable reaching out to strangers and asking for their time
Write clearly and can communicate with founders, operators, and technical buyers
Use AI tools naturally and want to automate parts of your own job
Turn vague problems into clear action items and ship constantly
Hold a high bar and own the quality of everything you touch
