Personal Assistant to David Litwak, Founder & CEO of Maxwell Social (www.maxwellsocial.com), Founder & Chairman of Mozio (www.mozio.com), Founder & CEO of ELSA, a new stealth consumer social app and Founder & Managing Partner of Tumbleweed Ventures (https://www.tumbleweedventures.com/)
We're looking for a right-hand person who wants to throw themselves into startup culture and help on everything from the mundane day-to-day tasks to wider strategic conversations.
Responsibilities include:
Liaise with remote scheduler to take care of all personal & professional appointments and run errands that remote staff is unable to do.
Manage the office of the CEO
Oversee event & location operations at Maxwell properties
Maintain books, financial records, taxes and more.
Build relationships with key business stakeholders
Execute select special projects around hiring, streamlining operations and more.
Requirements:
Willingness to work 60+ hour weeks on the regular and be in person.
Willingness to work nights & weekends
No remote or virtual assistants, must be onsite 3-4 days a week minimum, commuting distance from Tribeca in order to be able to satisfy last minute requirements
