You’ll help turn events into measurable recruiting outcomes, not one-off activities.Deliver an exceptional candidate experienceKeep candidates moving with urgency and care. You’ll coordinate interviews, manage communications, help prepare candidates for each step, and ensure no one is left waiting without context. Every interaction should feel thoughtful, timely, and high-trust.Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teamsWork with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, sourcing priorities, event goals, and candidate profiles. You’ll help ensure pipelines are aligned with what teams actually need and that recruiting efforts are clearly communicated.Use tools and AI to improve recruiting executionUse AI and recruiting tools to increase the quality and speed of sourcing, candidate research, outreach personalization, event follow-up, pipeline tracking, and workflow automation.
