Role Overview: We’re looking for a data-driven, sharp, and curious Marketing Campaign Executive who loves performance marketing and can run high-impact campaigns across channels. If you’re strong with Google & Meta Ads, love diving into Excel, and enjoy optimizing campaigns for conversions, you’ll feel right at home. You’ll also get the opportunity to learn and grow in email and WhatsApp marketing, working closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager to fuel our demand engine. What You’ll Own (Key Responsibilities): Performance Marketing (Mandatory) Run high-quality conversion-focused campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Manage budgeting, targeting, optimization, and experiment aggressively to improve demo conversions. Monitor daily performance and ensure our CPL and conversion goals are consistently met. Email Marketing (Good to Have / Will Learn) Manage execution of email campaigns across multiple product lines. Learn domain warm-up, domain health management, and email deliverability best practices. Track responses and ensure email remains a healthy lead-gen channel. WhatsApp Marketing (Good to Have / Will Learn) Assist in ideation and execution of WhatsApp broadcast and automation campaigns. Learn how to use WA Business tools and optimize workflows. Data & Reporting Use advanced Excel/Sheets to analyze campaign performance and build weekly/monthly reports. Identify trends, segmentation opportunities, and insights that improve conversions. Maintain campaign trackers, lead logs, and performance dashboards. Lead Funnel Management Ensure every marketing-qualified lead is tracked and updated in the system. Review funnel performance and identify drop-off points for improvement. Content Support Draft short-form copy for ads, emailers, and WA messages when needed. Ensure messaging is clear, concise, and conversion-oriented. Collaboration & Strategy Work directly with the Marketing team to brainstorm new campaign angles, creatives, and experiments. Bring fresh ideas, push boundaries, and help evolve our performance engine. Who We’re Looking For (Skills & Qualifications) 3–6 years of experience in digital/ performance marketing. Mandatory hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads for conversion campaigns. Curiosity to learn email and WhatsApp marketing if you haven’t done it before. Strong command of Excel and comfort with data analysis. Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, logistics or marketing agencies with these clients. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and manage campaigns running across multiple channels. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a sense of ownership.
