Role Summary: We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Visual Designer to build and maintain our design system and component library from the ground up. This role is critical in enabling consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all our product experiences. You'll work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to define, document, and evolve the design standards across our SaaS platform. What you will do: Own the creation and governance of our design system and shared component library in Figma. Build scalable design patterns using auto-layout, variants, and interactive components. Define and document design tokens and ensure their accurate implementation across platforms. Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect translation of the system into HTML/CSS and code. Provide usage guidelines and advocate for design system best practices across product and engineering teams. Maintain a balance between B2B SaaS functionality and modern, engaging B2C-style visual aesthetics. Stay updated with the latest Visual design trends, accessibility standards, and design tooling improvements. Support product designers by enabling faster design decisions with reusable components and clear documentation. Contribute to interactive design patterns that enhance user experience and engagement. Bring in graphical finesse where required — icons, UI illustrations, micro animations, etc. What You'll Need to Succeed: Strong proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and component libraries. Solid understanding of design tokens, atomic design principles, and design documentation. Expertise in HTML and CSS — ability to communicate effectively with developers and assess feasibility. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain visual and functional consistency at scale. Ability to blend clean, system-driven design thinking with visually rich, B2C-inspired aesthetics. Hands-on experience or understanding of interactive and motion design principles. Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset — ability to evangelize system adoption across teams. Prior experience building or contributing to a design system for a SaaS product is a big plus. What would be preferred: Familiarity with tools like Storybook, Zeroheight, Tokens Studio, or similar. Experience designing accessible and responsive systems for web platforms. Background in graphic or visual design with a good sense of typography and branding.
