Sales Development Representative (BDR/SDR) at Maggi Homes
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is confident in outbound prospecting, relationship building, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine business opportunities.
Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives or Sales Managers.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM systems.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
Research target accounts and understand customer needs and pain points.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for outreach, lead qualification, and meeting bookings.
Stay updated on company products/services and industry trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or lead generation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospects.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
