Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer with 14 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of PHP, databases, and web development technologies, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following coding standards.
Design and implement scalable backend solutions.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Work with MySQL and other relational databases to optimize performance.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members.
Participate in code reviews and ensure application security and performance.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in PHP and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony.
Good knowledge of MySQL, SQL queries, and database design.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
Experience in API development and integration.
Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
Knowledge of web application security and performance optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
