Position Overview
We are hiring a Social Media Sales Closer to turn online visibility into real revenue growth.
You will use LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, and other platforms to attract, engage, and close clients for our hosting, SEO, design, and marketing services.
This is a 100% commission-only role with no base salary.
Earnings are fully uncapped — your performance determines your income.
Key Responsibilities
• Publish one high-quality social post per day across assigned platforms
• Engage directly with prospects through comments, replies, DMs, and outreach
• Build and manage your outbound lead pipeline using social channels
• Close sales for hosting, SEO, web design, and marketing packages
• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and conversions
• Track activity and results for continuous optimization
What You Bring
• 3+ years of experience in social-media-based or digital sales
• Proven ability to close clients through LinkedIn, Meta, or TikTok
• Strong written and professional communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and driven to hit daily activity targets
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, or web design (preferred)
