Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager & Content Production Lead will be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, website engagement, lead generation, and business growth across Related Ross platforms and properties.
This individual will oversee performance marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, paid and organic social media, digital display, programmatic media, Performance Max (PMax), video advertising, connected TV (CTV), and internet-based broadcast channels. The role also requires strong content development and production capabilities, including the ability to create and manage editorial calendars, generate website and social media content, brief creative teams and agencies, and oversee the development of digital advertising assets.
Additionally, this role will manage Related Ross’s B2B-focused corporate website as a strategic lead generation platform, partnering closely with developers, designers, digital agencies, and cross-functional internal teams to optimize user experience, SEO performance, content effectiveness, and conversion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Performance
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with brand, business development, leasing, and lead generation objectives.

Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data, audience behavior, and KPIs.
Identify, define, and report on performance metrics including:
Traffic growth
Engagement rates
Conversion rates
Lead quality
Cost per lead (CPL)
Return on ad spend (ROAS)
Organic search rankings
Share of voice
Funnel performance
Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Oversee media planning and provide strategic media recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend across channels.
Website Strategy, SEO & Lead Generation
Oversee Related Ross’s B2B corporate website as a primary brand, communications, and lead generation platform.
Manage website functionality, user experience, content architecture, and optimization initiatives.
Partner with development teams, designers, and external digital agencies to:
Improve website performance and functionality
Optimize user experience and conversion pathways
Enhance SEO rankings and organic visibility
Implement technical SEO best practices
Improve site speed and performance
Develop backlink strategies and content optimization initiatives
Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms to monitor website health, keyword rankings, traffic trends, and optimization opportunities.
Develop and execute lead generation initiatives that increase qualified traffic and convert visitors into leads.
Create and manage gated content strategies including:
White papers
Reports
Event registrations
Market insights
Downloadable resources
Collaborate with events and business development teams to drive lead acquisition and nurture engagement.
Monitor and optimize website conversion funnels and engagement metrics.
Content Strategy & Production
Develop and manage a comprehensive editorial calendar for website, social, and digital marketing content.
Generate compelling content ideas, headlines, story concepts, and messaging aligned with brand and business priorities.
Write and edit website copy, campaign messaging, social content, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and creative agencies to produce visually compelling digital content.
Provide direction for imagery, graphics, video concepts, and overall creative execution.
Utilize CMS platforms to publish and manage website content.
Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices, brand standards, and engagement goals.
Stay current on content trends, social platform innovations, and emerging digital storytelling opportunities.
Creative Direction & Agency Management
Write clear and strategic creative briefs for campaigns, content initiatives, and advertising assets.
Brief and collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies.
Oversee production of digital ads and marketing assets from concept through execution.
Ensure all creative assets align with brand standards, campaign objectives, and performance goals.
Manage agency relationships and ensure timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations are met.
Social Media Management & Analytics
Develop and execute organic and paid social media strategies across relevant platforms.
Create engaging social content that supports brand storytelling, audience engagement, and lead generation objectives.
Monitor platform analytics and optimize content based on performance insights.
Track engagement, audience growth, reach, conversions, and content effectiveness.
Identify emerging social trends, formats, and opportunities to enhance audience engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Journalism, or related field.
5–8+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and performance marketing.
Experience working client-side within real estate, hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, development, architecture, or related industries preferred.
