Job Summary
We are seeking a Backend Engineer with strong Python experience and a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate does not need to be a deep AI expert but should be comfortable discussing and implementing AI-driven backend solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python
Build and integrate APIs to support AI/ML-powered features
Work with Agentic AI frameworks such as:
LangChain
LangGraph
ADK or similar agent-based systems
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and product teams to implement intelligent workflows
Integrate LLMs and AI services into backend systems
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
Participate in technical discussions and architecture decisions
Debug, optimize, and improve backend performance
Required Skills
Strong experience with Python backend development
Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, workflows)
Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts and tools (LangChain, LangGraph, ADK)
REST API design and integration
Database knowledge (SQL / NoSQL)
Git and version control
Nice to Have
Experience integrating OpenAI / Anthropic / Azure OpenAI APIs
Exposure to vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate)
Basic MLOps or AI deployment experience
Docker and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
