ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect at Four Dragons
Four Dragons is hiring a ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect to own the end-to-end solution design and technical leadership of remote HRSD implementation engagements for our US-based customers.
As the Solution Architect, you are the most senior consultant on the engagement. You own the target architecture, drive technical decisions across HRSD and the connected Now Platform footprint, and lead both the Business Process Consultant and Technical Consultant on the delivery team. You are accountable for solution quality, technical risk, and that what we ship matches what we sold.
Responsibilities:
Lead solution architecture across HRSD, Employee Center, integrations with the customer's HCM/HRIS, and adjacent Now Platform modules (ITSM, Workplace, Integration Hub).
- Own the data model and data flows between HRSD and the source-of-truth HRIS - employee, position, manager hierarchy, location, cost center - including reconciliation and exception handling.
- Define integration architecture and patterns (Integration Hub, MID Server, REST/SOAP, IRE, Employee Document Management) and make build-vs-buy calls on third-party connectors.
- Establish the security model: criteria-based ACLs, scoped applications, delegated administration, encryption of sensitive HR data, and audit/SOX considerations.
- Design Lifecycle Events / Journeys, Case Management, Knowledge, Document Templates, and the Employee Center experience at an architectural level - process taxonomies, case routing, SLA framework, escalation patterns.
- Run discovery and architecture workshops, produce solution design documents, and present to customer executives (CHRO, CIO, IT/HR Ops leadership).
- Lead the cross-functional delivery team: direct the Business Process Consultant on process design and the Technical Consultant on platform configuration and development. Review and approve technical design, configuration choices, and code.
- Establish technical governance - release management, dev/test/prod promotion, update set discipline, technical debt tracking - for the engagement.
- Provide pre-sales scoping, level-of-effort estimation, and risk assessment for new HRSD opportunities.
- Serve as escalation point for technical and architectural decisions through go-live and into hypercare.
Requirements:
8+ years in ServiceNow consulting or architecture, with 4+ years specifically architecting ServiceNow HRSD implementations across multiple full lifecycles.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources (CIS-HR) required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) strongly preferred; Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) a strong plus.
- Deep expertise in HRSD architecture: Lifecycle Events / Journeys, Employee Center, Case Management, Document Management, Knowledge, and the HR data model.
- Hands-on architectural experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with at least one major HCM platform (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, ADP, or Oracle HCM) - including HRIS-driven employee data sync and Lifecycle Event triggering.
- Strong command of Integration Hub, IntegrationHub ETL, Flow Designer, scoped applications, and platform performance/scale considerations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, review code and configuration, and make architectural trade-offs under engagement pressure.
- Executive presence and the ability to defend architectural decisions to customer CIO and CHRO-level stakeholders.
- Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the US.
This is a 100% remote role leading HRSD implementation engagements for customers across the US.
