We’re looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Junior BI & IT Developer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a school, college, or university leaver who is eager to start their career in software development, data, and IT.
You’ll gain hands-on experience working on real business systems, supporting both our internal operations and growing e-commerce platform. From day one, you’ll be contributing to live projects and learning from experienced professionals.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting in the development and maintenance of internal applications
Writing and improving SQL queries and working with business data
Supporting business intelligence and reporting solutions
Helping maintain and enhance existing (including legacy) systems
Working across IT, development, and data projects
Troubleshooting system and data issues across the business
What We’re Looking For
We’re more interested in your attitude and potential than extensive experience.
Essential
Interest in software development, IT, or data
c understanding of programming or databases
Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Good attention to detail
Desirable (but not required)
Exposure to SQL
Classic VB or VB.NET
React or JavaScript
Awareness of how systems and databases work
Interest in BI or reporting tools
Personal or academic projects in tech
GitHub profile or examples of your work (we’d love to see anything you’ve built)
