Primary Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and data science solutions to solve business problems across structured and unstructured data
Translate data science prototypes into production ready ML pipelines using robust software engineering practices
Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code for data processing, model training, evaluation, and inference
Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver end to end AI solutions
Build and maintain containerized ML applications and deploy them on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments
Use GitHub for version control, code reviews, pull requests, and collaborative development workflows
Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML workloads, ensuring reliable and repeatable deployments to cloud environments
Perform model monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in production systems
Apply knowledge of statistics, optimization, and machine learning algorithms to improve model accuracy and scalability
Document technical designs, code, and deployment processes; communicate results clearly to technical and non technical stakeholders
Follow enterprise security, compliance, and coding standards while developing and deploying AI solutions
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
2+ years of hands on experience working on data science and machine learning projects in a professional or applied setting
Practical experience with common ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent)
Experience using GitHub for source control, collaboration, and code management
Hands-on experience deploying applications or ML models on Azure, with working knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Solid proficiency in Python for machine learning, data analysis, and software development
Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, statistics, and model evaluation techniques
Familiarity with Docker/containerization concepts for packaging and deploying ML solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining
Experience working in cross functional, agile teams
Experience working with cloud based data platforms or large scale data processing systems
Understanding of CI/CD tools and DevOps workflows in an enterprise environment
Ability to explain complex ML concepts clearly to non technical stakeholders
