Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify data anomalies, inefficiencies, and drive cross‑functional consensusProficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and mapping, along with experience using ETL tools, Alteryx/Databricks for automation, and Power BI for dashboards and reporting Ability to create and maintain SOPs, data dictionaries, and data mappings for regulatory reporting processes with subject‑matter expertise in regulatory reporting Experience monitoring and improving data accuracy, consistency, compliance, and resolving operational data issues 3–5 years of experience in data governance, data management, and data modeling, with familiarity in DBeaver, pgAdmin, Microsoft Access, and Collibra Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, macros, VLookups), SQL, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in JIRA and Agile methodologies (preferred) Self‑motivated, organized team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
