Business has entered the North American market and and looking for a First US Hire to lead growth efforts in the region. That opens a direct path to a leadership role in the region as the business grows.
We’re looking for an ambitious early-career or middle sales professional to become the first commercial hire in the US and grow together with the business.
This role is ideal for someone with few years of experience in B2B tech (storage, data infrastructure, cloud, DevOps-adjacent products) who wants more scope, more learning, and faster career growth than a traditional corporate role can offer.
Main product is a patented software RAID technology that delivers exceptional performance in data-heavy environments, offering a next-gen architecture for modern workloads.

Your Role:
Build and manage relationships with storage vendors, system integrators, and hyperscale cloud providers.
Drive new customer acquisition in the priority verticals: Media & Entertainment, HPC, Databases, Cloud-native storage, Data Lakes, and Logging/Monitoring pipelines.
Represent the company at industry events and technical forums, owning its brand and narrative in the US.
Manage sales forecasts and quarterly goals, ensuring sustainable business growth.
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience in sales development/management within the IT industry.
Experience of the enterprise storage market and related technologies. Or experience in b2b sales of IT solutions.(Must)
Ability to engage with both technical and first-level management audiences.
Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and driving strategic growth.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
