Sr. Technical Consultant (Developer) — ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain (Source-to-Pay) at Four Dragons
FourDragons is hiring a Sr. Technical Consultant (Developer) to lead the technical side of customer engagements on the ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain (Source-to-Pay) and Legal Contract Operations product lines — SPO, SLO, APO, Finance Case Management, LSD, and Contract Management.
Remote, US. 1099 contract. Up to 50% travel.
THE ROLE
You are the technical expert on customer engagement teams — configuring and developing on the ServiceNow platform with a configuration-first, customization-last instinct. You own integrations, portals, and the technical aspects of project delivery for these product lines.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Serve as technical expert in optimizing and leveraging ServiceNow best practices — configuration over customization
- Support process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis during workshops with customer sponsors and stakeholders
- Lead customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow platform and solution technology
- Guide customers through business requirement workbooks for technical aspects of the solution
- Draft technically-focused user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and knowledge transfer
- Lead technical aspects of project delivery — sometimes overseeing and unit-testing partner resource development
- Develop required integration components (SSO, LDAP, middleware, etc.) with multiple systems
- Develop required portal components
- Provide ad-hoc oversight and training for customer future system administrators
- Mentor other members of the ServiceNow delivery team and partner ecosystem
- Support sales activities when needed
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
3+ years configuring/developing ServiceNow (or equivalent S2P / Legal / Contracting platforms)
- 5+ years configuration/development experience for complex Finance, Supply Chain, S2P, Legal, or Contracting technologies — including integrations and portals
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) — required
- Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) Accreditation — required
- SLP and APO Accreditation preferred
- Strong with Web Technologies: XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO
- Strong understanding of leading S2P / Finance / Legal systems: SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Oracle Procurement Cloud
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult — providing options with pros, cons, and risks
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude
ENGAGEMENT
1099 contract, hourly. Rates competitive with top ServiceNow partner pay for Sr. TCs in this product line.
