Job Description Summary Be the public voice of Hexo AI to the global ML developer community - showcasing how AI can build AI through hands-on projects, open-source demos, and thought leadership. Combine deep technical skill with strong communication and storytelling - using X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Github, Kaggle, Hugging Face and other developer forums to engage researchers, builders, and ML enthusiasts. Ideal for engineers who love experimenting, building in public, and inspiring others through code, content, and authentic community interaction. Responsibilities Build and share real ML projects using Hexo’s autonomous ML platform - from model fine-tuning to end-to-end pipeline automation. Create open-source examples, tutorials, and SDK integrations that demonstrate real-world use of Hexo Agents and self-improving AI systems. Publish technical content (threads, posts, short videos, blogs) that helps the ML community understand new workflows, benchmarks, and experiments. Actively engage with the AI community on X, LinkedIn, and Discord - answering questions, sharing insights, and amplifying developer stories. Partner with internal teams (research, product, and marketing) to translate complex engineering breakthroughs into developer-friendly narratives. Speak at conferences, podcasts, and workshops to represent Hexo AI’s technical vision. Help shape community feedback loops - bringing developer insights back into the product roadmap. Track trends across the AI/ML open-source ecosystem and build integrations that showcase interoperability. Requirements Strong technical proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks. Demonstrated experience creating or sharing ML projects publicly (e.g., GitHub repos, Kaggle, Colab demos, blog posts, or open-source contributions). Must be able to speak credibly on technical subjects Confident, authentic presence and strong written voice on X (Twitter) and LinkedIn - with a track record of engaging with the AI/ML community. Deep curiosity about agentic AI systems, autonomous training loops, and open-source ML innovation. Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and visually, while maintaining technical rigor. Bonus: Experience in Developer Relations, community building, or technical advocacy roles. Bonus: History of participation in open-source projects or ML competitions (Kaggle, Papers With Code, etc.).
