The Opportunity: Build A Revenue Machine (Uncapped Potential)
This is a high-performance, long-term 1099 Independent Contractor position offering Uncapped Earning Potential. We are seeking a dedicated Founding VP Partner who is prepared to commit full-time effort to scale a core revenue engine in exchange for significant revenue share and equity.
We are recruiting an Executive Business Unit Principal to serve as a high-level Strategic Partner in our growing organization. This role involves full operational control over one Business Unit (BU) in the high-margin local services sector.
This is a 100% remote, high-autonomy contract designed for a seasoned business owner. You must possess active relationships with aggressive sales professionals who would appreciate a lucrative sales contract with: The opportunity for a 10%-15% recurring revenue share on their book, immediate commissions, and up to 15% Phantom Equity in their sales segment.
Key Founding Partner Deliverables (Contract Scope)
Success is measured strictly by the financial health and scale of the BU:
Uncapped Scaling: You have the autonomy to contract and manage as many Field Sales Executives (FSEs) as you can effectively handle to maximize your MRR.
Client Fulfillment Guarantee: You are responsible for ensuring that all contracted clients receive the services purchased, maintaining low churn and high recurring revenue stability.
MRR Lock-In Achievement: Drive the BU to successive MRR milestones to permanently lock-in your cash and equity rates.
Profitability: Maintain Fulfillment Costs below 10% to ensure the BU's high margins are met.
The Founding VP Partner's Compensation (100% Performance-Based)
Note: This is a 1099 contract. The listed range of $100,000 to $5,000,000 Annualized Payout reflects the potential annual value of the revenue share and the future equity payout. There is $0 Base Pay.
Cash Flow (Revenue Share): Compensation starts at 3.0% of Gross MRR generated by your BU. This rate increases by +0.5% for every $100,000 MRR milestone you achieve, capping at 8.0% MRR.
Cash Rate Lock-In: Once an accelerated rate is achieved, it becomes permanently locked-in after it is sustained for 90 consecutive days, preventing commission drops due to churn.
Equity Payout: The equity awarded is a Contractual Success Payout ranging from 3.0% up to 8.0% in the final valuation of your BU. The vested equity percentage is exactly equal to the cash commission rate you have permanently locked-in via the 90-day sustainment milestones.
NEGOTIATION CLAUSE: Equity and MRR percentages are negotiable depending on the speed, quality, and quantity of the sales team brought on by the Principal.
Financial Scenario (Aggressive Target)
If your Business Unit reaches $1,000,000 MRR:
Your maximum cash rate of 8.0% is triggered and permanently locked-in after 90 days.
Your full 8.0% equity is vested and locked in.
Partner's Annual Payout: $960,000 (8.0% of MRR).
