You own positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and growth campaigns for Validus. You translate product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for founders, investors, family offices, and C-suite professionals.
What you'll own:
Positioning and messaging across all channels. Launch communications and partnership announcements. Content strategy — editorial, email, social, events collateral. Growth campaigns that drive verified user acquisition. You operate within the Validus brand doctrine: substance over hype, evidence over adjectives, every word earns its place.
You should have:
4+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B platforms, fintech, or high-trust environments
Writing ability that reflects the Validus register — WSJ clarity, not startup breathlessness
Experience marketing to sophisticated audiences who are allergic to hype
Understanding of growth mechanics — referral loops, community-led growth, event-driven acquisition
Comfort working directly with the founder on positioning and narrative
