The Role This is a commission-only Business Development / Lead Generation role focused on opening doors and starting real business conversations. You will: Identify and engage businesses that need better hosting, SEO, or digital systems Use outreach methods of your choice (email, LinkedIn, social, direct outreach, etc.) Qualify interest and decision-maker intent Log leads and activity in our CRM Pass warm, qualified opportunities to our closers You are not cold-selling hosting plans. You are introducing higher-performance solutions to businesses that are outgrowing basic providers. Target Markets Primary focus areas include: Vancouver Sunshine Coast (Gibsons, Sechelt) Vancouver Island (Nanaimo, Victoria, Campbell River, Powell River) Remote outreach is fully supported.
