Primary Responsibilities:
Apply engineering principles to the systematic design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of software for large-scale blue-chip projects spanning eligibility, benefit, provider, and claim domains
Cover all primary development activities across technology functions to ensure the delivery of high-quality code for applications, products, and services
Understand customer needs and develop product roadmaps that align with those needs
Engage in analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, and documentation to support software development and maintenance
Research and develop new tools, techniques, and strategies to enhance software quality and performance, leveraging cutting-edge technologies in cloud and AI to solve complex business problems
Automate common tasks and build common utilities to drive organizational efficiency
Maintain high standards for quality in every output, ensuring reliability and robustness in software deliverables
Evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to drive innovation within the organization

Required Qualifications:
Graduate degree or equivalent experience
Proven ability to foster a passion for technology and solutions, and influence thought leadership on future capabilities and opportunities to apply technology in new and innovative ways
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and delivery of software solutions
