We're seeking a Technical Channels Specialist who will support us in bringing products to life across top online marketplaces. Youâll launch and optimize listings, partner with Channel Managers, streamline workflows, and keep our item pipeline running smoothly. Drive continuous optimization of item liveliness by tracking statuses of approved and live items on DSV Channels. Partners with Channel Managers to understand and support channel-specific requirements, aspirations, and restrictions. Finds solutions to increase productivity and improve workflow to eliminate backlog and stay up to date with incoming items. Supports New Channel launches through categorizing, enriching, and uploading item needs. Update standardized daily/weekly/monthly reports What experiences will help you⯠in this role:⯠Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Customer Service, Project Management, Account Management, Agency, or similar experience with proven track record of good decision making. Comfortable with organizing data and operating within marketplace portals. Ability to learn new programs/software and willingness to build new skills. Excellent communication, English language, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Good time management, and ability to adapt to changes. Preferred: 2-3 years in relevant industry.
