They contribute to secure software development, delivery, and continuous improvement, supporting the team with expertise in key technologies, including React and APIs. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Technology:• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality code, demonstrating proficiency in at least one key technology area. • Develop and maintain front-end applications using React, ensuring responsive and user-friendly interfaces. • Design, develop, and consume APIs to enable seamless integration between systems and services. • Demonstrate ability to work across multiple application components, adhering to best practices in architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment. Security and Quality : • Follow modern security practices and standards in all development activities. • Adhere to coding standards and the software delivery lifecycle to ensure secure, high quality systems. People:• Maintain relevant technical skills through ongoing training and research. • Provide regular feedback on performance and delivery. • Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to understand priorities and deliver value. Specialist Skills & Experience:• Relevant IT education and/or experience as a Software or Test Engineer. • Strong understanding of Clean Code, SOLID Principles, and Design Patterns. • Proven experience in front-end development with React. • Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs or other API protocols. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills. • Experience with Agile practices and principles. Technical Skills:• Proficiency in key technologies required by the Solution Delivery team, including React and API development. • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
