Use tools like Apollo.io, HubSpot, or Lemlist for outbound marketing and automation. Track campaign performance using metrics like open rates, CTR, conversions, and ROI. Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and refine targeting. ๐ Website & SEO Management Keep the company website up to date with the latest product info, blogs, and case studies. Manage SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and GEO (Geographic SEO) to increase visibility. Explore AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) โ optimizing content for AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.). Research keywords, optimize landing pages, and work with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMRush. ๐๏ธ Podcast & Content Operations Help plan, schedule, and manage podcast recordings with founders and guests. Use tools like Audacity / Descript / Adobe Podcast to clean audio and enhance clarity. Post episodes on podcast platforms (Spotify, YouTube, etc.) and promote them across social media. Write short descriptions, captions, and snippets for promotional use. ๐ Content & Social Media Create and publish blogs, newsletters, and social media posts aligned with AI/automation topics.
