About the Team The Transfer Pricing team is a strategic partner to the business, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company’s global transfer pricing framework across a rapidly growing multinational technology organization. The team supports business expansion, acquisitions, operating model evolution, intellectual property management, and global tax compliance while ensuring alignment with OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and local country requirements. Working closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Corporate Development, and business leaders, the team helps enable scalable growth through data-driven decision making, operational excellence, and proactive risk management. Team members gain exposure to complex cross-border transactions, post-acquisition integrations, tax authority audits, and global transformation initiatives, while partnering with stakeholders across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This is a highly visible team that plays a critical role in supporting the company’s continued growth and innovation on a global scale.
