The Clinical Operations, Quality Operations Specialist will play a key role in the operations of the Clinical Quality Program. The Quality Team is responsible for improving patient safety and quality by analyzing clinical data, assessing adherence to protocols, and conducting ongoing quality improvement initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and analyzing care delivery data that informs clinician education and identifies opportunities for workflow and technology improvements. This role works closely with clinical managers and contributes to organization-wide improvements while supporting a team environment that fosters growth and skill development.

Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from chart audits, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement. Utilize tools such as QuickSight, Athena, Clarity, and Google Workspace for data-driven insights.
Collaborate & Communicate: Proactively clarify uncertainties, ask for support when needed, and foster a collaborative and transparent team culture.
Quality Improvement: Contribute to performance improvement projects across the patient care team. Assist in developing and refining auditing resources, protocols, and guidelines to promote continuous improvement in clinical practices.
