Configure CRM workflows, business processes, forms, dashboards, and reports. Develop and implement customizations, plugins, APIs, and integrations with third-party applications. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical CRM solutions. Perform data migration, cleansing, and synchronization activities. Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues and system defects. Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and system specifications. Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to deliver CRM enhancements. Ensure system performance, security, and data integrity. Provide technical support and training to end users when required.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3-5+ years of experience in CRM development and customization. Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as:Microsoft Dynamics 365SalesforceHubSpot CRMZoho CRM Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, or other relevant technologies. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party system integrations. Strong understanding of CRM architecture, workflows, and data models. Experience with database management and reporting tools.Preferred Qualifications CRM platform certifications (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Experience with cloud-based CRM solutions. Knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
