TL;DR: We're scaling our school and parish partnerships team and looking for a driven SDR to build the top of our sales funnel - prospecting, outreaching, and starting the conversations that grow communities of prayer across the country and world. What You'll Do Build a Pipeline of Potential Schools & Parish Partners: Your primary responsibility will be finding potential partners and starting the conversation around how we can support them. Prospecting: You’ll do research to find teachers, principals, pastors, and parish staff that may be interested in bringing Hallow to their communities. You'll do this through a mix of list building, driving referral inquiries, and co-marketing partnerships. Cold Outreach: You’ll reach out to 75-100 new potential partners a day, sharing the mission of the Hallow for Schools and Hallow for Parishes program. Create Inbound Interest: In partnership with the GTM team, you will support campaigns and content that generate inbound interest, help potential partners understand Hallow’s value as a leading tool for teaching the faith and supporting communities of prayer, and guide qualified organizations toward partnership opportunities. Help Improve Our Sales Process: You will play a critical role in testing different tactical approaches to lead generation and helping us refine both our ideal customer profile and improve our sales cycle efficiency. Flexibility: HQ is in Chicago, but we hire across the U.S. and structure our team regionally - you'll primarily support the region you're based in, with some national travel as the role requires. Thinking outside the standard sales process "box" is a must. Process-Oriented: The key to building a scalable sales organization is having repeatable processes that are consistently being optimized. An "A/B testing" and "funnel building" mindset is critical. Metrics-Oriented: Success in this role will ultimately mean measuring and optimizing efficiency to have a quick and high-converting sales cycle. Data will be at the center of that process. Drive: A sales process is an equation that translates effort into results. There are over 20,000 Catholic schools and parishes globally. We want to get to know all of them and we will need to work hard to meet them all and serve them on an ongoing basis. Resilience: Not every communication leads to a sale and very few are automatic "yeses" on day 1. Being able to keep the same energy and enthusiasm in the face of frequent rejection is an absolute must. Collaborative & Detail-Oriented: We really care about what we’re doing & try to build as fast as we can. In order to provide a world-class experience to our partners while moving quickly across multiple relationships, we need to document all of our internal and external activities. Clear and consistent written communication is paramount. Experience: Experience with outbound prospecting is a plus. Familiarity with Catholic schools, parishes, or ministries is also highly valued. Compensation Range $40,000 to $60,000 USD per year (base salary) $65,000 to $85,000 USD per year (on-target earnings) The above ranges reflect estimated annual cash compensation. The first range represents base salary only. The second range reflects on-target earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus target variable compensation such as commission or a renewal bonus. Actual earnings may vary depending on performance against specific goals and role expectations. Each full-time employee in the U.S. also receives equity compensation, alongside a top-tier benefits package (e.g., unlimited PTO, insurance, remote-flexible work, fully paid parental leave, 401(k) match, and stipends for spiritual development, health & wellness, home-office, and learning). All full-time employees are also eligible to be considered for a discretionary bonus at the end of each fiscal year. These ranges are just initial estimates. They may vary depending on market or location and may be adjusted depending on the person we end up hiring for this role, their experience, and market dynamics.
