About Kspace OIP
Kspace OIP is designed to help businesses manage client onboarding, service requests, internal workflows, reporting, support, documents, updates, and operational visibility through a managed digital platform.
Many businesses still operate with scattered emails, WhatsApp messages, spreadsheets, manual follow-ups, and unclear service tracking. OIP gives them a more structured way to manage operations, clients, tasks, reports, and service delivery without building their own internal system from scratch.
OIP is currently in its early go-to-market stage. We are looking for the right commercial person to help introduce the platform to the market and support the acquisition of the first paying OIP clients.
Role Overview
Kspace Technologies is looking for a Commercial Development Consultant — Kspace OIP to support early client acquisition and market development.
This role is focused on identifying qualified businesses, opening conversations with decision-makers, introducing OIP, supporting discovery discussions, and helping Kspace move serious prospects toward proposal and onboarding.
This is not a traditional salary role and not a basic commission sales position. It is a success-fee-based commercial development engagement for someone who can help validate the market, build early business relationships, and support the launch of a new platform service line.
** Key Responsibilities**
Identify businesses that may benefit from Kspace OIP.
Approach business owners, executives, managers, and decision-makers.
Introduce OIP clearly and professionally.
Book qualified discovery conversations for Kspace.
Support early client conversations where needed.
Help understand client pain points around operations, onboarding, workflow, reporting, support, and service tracking.
Maintain a simple pipeline of prospects, conversations, and follow-ups.
Work with Kspace to move serious opportunities toward proposal and onboarding.
Provide feedback on market demand, client objections, pricing, and positioning.
Help Kspace refine the commercial approach for OIP based on real market conversations.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who has experience or strong ability in:
B2B sales, business development, consulting, client acquisition, or relationship-building.
Speaking professionally with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
Opening new business conversations and building trust.
Understanding operational problems inside businesses.
Explaining technology or business services in a simple and practical way.
Working independently with clear expectations.
Managing follow-ups and client conversations professionally.
Experience in SaaS, IT services, consulting, managed services, healthcare, logistics, property management, telecom, field services, operations, or business services is an advantage.

Compensation Structure
This engagement is structured on a success-fee basis.
Success fees are payable only when a qualified opportunity is introduced, developed, and converted into a paying Kspace OIP client, and after Kspace receives client payment.
The structure may include:
Fixed success fee for each closed OIP Starter client.
Percentage-based success fee on the first OIP setup payment received.
Negotiated success fee for larger or strategic client opportunities.
Optional recurring success fee on managed monthly OIP clients for an agreed period.
Pathway to monthly retainer or longer-term commercial role after proven traction.
Final success fee terms will be agreed in writing before the engagement begins.
Important Terms
This is an independent consultant engagement, not an employment contract.
The consultant is not a shareholder, director, employee, or legal partner of Kspace Technologies.
The consultant may not make pricing, legal, technical, delivery, or partnership commitments on behalf of Kspace without written approval.
All proposals, pricing, contracts, and client commitments must be approved by Kspace.
Success fees are only payable on qualified opportunities that become paying clients.
Confidentiality, non-circumvention, and client ownership terms will apply.
Any future retainer, long-term role, or leadership position will depend on performance, client acquisition results, and OIP market traction.
