Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React (frontend) and Python (backend) to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have experience building end-to-end solutions, working with modern architectures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable, responsive web applications using React.js and modern frontend frameworks
Build robust backend services and APIs using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI)
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
Implement CI/CD pipelines and work with DevOps teams for deployments
Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Overall 8+ years of experience in full stack development
Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, Hooks, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Solid backend development experience using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI)
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and API integrations
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
Experience working with databases (SQL – PostgreSQL/MySQL, and/or NoSQL – MongoDB)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of GraphQL or serverless architecture
Exposure to frontend performance optimization and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
Experience working in financial services or enterprise environments
Understanding of DevOps practices and infrastructure automation
Additional Information:
Preferred in financial services domain
Final interview will be conducted in person at the client’s office.
