About the Role As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving people practices and building a strong employee experience at Loop. You will partner closely with business leaders and employees to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and people strategy initiatives while fostering a positive and high-performance culture. What you will be doing: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee documentation, engagement initiatives, performance management, and exit formalities. Partner with business leaders to drive people strategy aligned with organizational goals and growth plans. Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives to enhance employee experience and retention. Drive performance appraisal cycles and support managers in performance conversations and development planning. Ensure smooth execution of HR operations, policies, and processes while maintaining compliance and process efficiency. Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, helping resolve people-related concerns in a calm and professional manner. Work closely with leadership in a fast-paced startup environment and support organizational development initiatives. Manage HR data, reports, and employee records through HRMS platforms like Keka. Contribute to creating and sustaining a collaborative, employee-centric, and growth-oriented workplace culture. What we are looking for: MBA / Post Graduate degree in HR or related field. 7+ years of experience in HRBP / Generalist roles. Experience managing HR operations for an employee base of 500+ employees. Strong exposure to startup environments with the ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced setups. Hands-on experience across onboarding, employee engagement, appraisals, HR operations, employee relations, and exit management. Experience partnering with business leaders on people and HR strategy initiatives. Proficiency in HRMS tools, preferably Keka. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Someone who is calm, composed, approachable, and solution-oriented. Excellent organizational and execution skills with attention to detail.
