Movandi’s RFIC team develops advanced integrated circuits for 5G as well as SATCOM applications. As an Analog/RF IC Design Engineer, you will be part of a key team designing highly sophisticated mm-Wave transceiver products. Responsibilities would include implementation and verification of circuits such as Bandgap bias circuits, LDOs, amplifiers, VCOs, mixers, frequency multipliers/dividers, ADCs, etc. to meet key performance targets and performing design verification using industry standard tools such as Spectre, EMX, etc. Requirements Master’s degree and/or PhD in Electrical Engineering, or related fields with 4+ years of related professional experience. Must have effective interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment Key Skills Hands-on experience in designing analog/RF circuits including RX/TX sub-blocks, PLLs, Bandgap bias circuits, regulators, and other analog/RF circuits, preferably experienced in designing RF ICs in 20-40GHz or higher. Strong knowledge on the deep sub-micron CMOS technologies. Manage design from concept to tape-out, including specs, simulations, and test plans. Knowledge and experience on high frequency design techniques. Strong knowledge on IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, EM simulators, etc. Strong knowledge on IC layout techniques for high frequency design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Familiar with phased arrays for 5G/SATCOM. Lab testing skills to evaluate the prototype unit to the design specification. Strong English oral and written communication skills required
