In this role, you will be the technical backbone of our systems design and integration strategy, responsible for architecting complex, scalable, and high-performance multi-system environments. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures and ensure seamless integration across diverse platforms and systems.This is a night-shift role aligned to global business hours, ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, globally connected environments.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture Design & StrategyDesign, develop, and maintain the end-to-end architecture of complex multi-system IT environments, including software, networking, and cloud components.Translate business and product requirements into scalable, high-availability system architectures and technical blueprints.Define architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across the organization, including Microservices, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), RESTful APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, and Batch Integration.Develop and own architecture roadmaps aligned with short-term and long-term business goals.Multi-System IntegrationArchitect and oversee integration strategies across multiple systems, platforms, and third-party services to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.Evaluate and define protocols, interfaces, APIs, and communication mechanisms between system components.Resolve complex cross-system dependencies, latency issues, and data consistency challenges.Technical Leadership & GuidanceProvide technical leadership and mentorship to development, DevOps, and QA teams.Lead architecture review boards and design discussions, guiding teams toward sound technical decisions.Assist in effort estimation, feasibility analysis, and technical risk assessment for new projects and bids (RFPs/RFQs).Serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and vendor partners.Performance, Scalability & ReliabilityContinuously monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, reliability, and security across multi-system landscapes.Define and enforce SLA/SLO targets and implement strategies to meet uptime and performance benchmarks.Design and guide the implementation of disaster recovery, failover, and business continuity solutions.Technology Evaluation & InnovationResearch, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks that add measurable value to the organization.Stay current with industry trends in cloud computing, containerization, AI/ML integration, distributed systems, and enterprise architecture.Identify opportunities for modernization and legacy system transformation.Documentation & ComplianceDevelop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, system specifications, and integration maps.Ensure all architectural solutions comply with regulatory, security, and organizational standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR, SOC 2).Participate in system-level safety analysis including DFMEA and FTA where applicable.Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with Product Management, Project Managers, DevOps, and Engineering teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams in a global delivery model.Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.5–10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in a System Architect or Senior Solutions Architect role.Proven experience designing and implementing complex, multi-system enterprise IT architectures.Strong hands-on experience with integration patterns: REST APIs, SOAP, GraphQL, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and ETL pipelines.Technical Skills RequiredArchitecture Frameworks: TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent enterprise architecture methodologyCloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP – architecture and deployment experienceIntegration & Middleware: Microservices, SOA, API Gateways, ESB, MuleSoft, or similarProgramming Knowledge: Proficiency in at least one language – Java, Python, C++, or .NETDatabases: Strong knowledge of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB) databasesDevOps & Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, or AnsibleNetworking & Security: Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, LDAP, SSO, and zero-trust architectureModeling Tools: UML, ArchiMate, Lucidchart, or draw.io for architecture documentationMonitoring & Observability: Experience with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or DatadogPreferred
