Role Overview As a MERN Stack Developer, you’ll play a key role in building our core platform from scratch. You’ll collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, React Native developers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable, high-performance applications for both web and mobile. This role is part-time initially with no fixed salary during the pre-revenue phase. Once the platform generates income, you will start receiving your agreed salary along with a guaranteed full-time position. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy full-stack features using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Collaborate with product designers and stakeholders to refine user experience and system functionality. Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with the frontend. Optimize application performance and ensure responsive, secure designs. Participate in code reviews, version control (Git/GitHub), and Agile sprint planning. Contribute ideas to product roadmap and technical architecture. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and the MERN stack. Experience with React.js hooks, Redux, or Context API. Solid understanding of Node.js and Express.js for backend development. Database design and management using MongoDB. Knowledge of REST API architecture and integration. Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control. Basic understanding of deployment (Heroku, Railway, AWS, or similar). Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Experience in SaaS platform development. Familiarity with WebSockets, GraphQL, or Microservices. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress). Understanding of IoT integrations or QR-based systems. Compensation Model This is a pre-revenue position. Initially part-time with no fixed monthly salary, but once the product generates revenue, you will start receiving your agreed pay along with a guaranteed full-time role.
