Job Description
Business Optima is hiring a Part-Time AI Researcher to support advanced AI research and benchmarking projects. The role involves working on Python-based implementations of transformer models and benchmarking algorithms related to deterministic multi-step reasoning systems.
The researcher will work closely with the team to develop code, run experiments, and measure computational performance of AI models.
Key Responsibilities
Implement AI/ML algorithms using Python
Work with Transformer models, TensorFlow / PyTorch frameworks
Benchmark time complexity and computational efficiency of AI operations
Assist in testing deterministic behavior across multi-step Q&A reasoning systems
Generate demo scripts and experimental results
Document findings and research outputs clearly
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Python programming
Familiarity with Machine Learning / Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch)
Understanding of Transformers / Graph Neural Networks (GNN)
Ability to run performance benchmarking experiments
Basic knowledge of mathematics and algorithm complexity
Experience with research coding or AI projects preferred
