The Opportunity
We launched Kspace OIP — Operational Intelligence as a Service for food & beverage manufacturers.
This is not “another software tool.”
We go into plants, find where money is leaking (waste, downtime, energy), and help teams fix it with clear actions and real ROI.
Now we want a killer manufacturing sales leader to help us take this to market and win our first wave of customers fast.
If you’ve been selling into plants for years and you’re bored of slow moving corporate structures… this is the fun part.

You are someone who:
Understands how manufacturing buyers think
Can talk comfortably to:
*Plant Managers
*Ops Directors
*Maintenance / Reliability
*VP Ops / COO
Knows how to sell ROI, not features
Is confident walking into plants and running serious discovery
Is motivated by building something real and getting paid well for it
What you’ll own
Lead the go-to-market for Kspace OIP in Ontario (then expand)
Build a tight target list of the right plants
Run discovery, pitch the Operational Snapshot, close deals
Turn pilots into recurring monthly service
Help shape pricing/packages so the offer is irresistible
Build a sales playbook that we can scale with more reps later
What success looks like (first 60–90 days)
A clean pipeline and strong outreach system running
First 5 Snapshot pilots closed
First 2–3 clients converted into ongoing monthly service
A repeatable process we can scale
Requirements
5+ years selling into manufacturing / industrial operations
Real proof you can close (services, industrial solutions, maintenance programs, industrial software—any of these)
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with hybrid work + plant visits ( if needed)
Food & beverage experience is a bonus, not required.
Compensation
