We're looking for passionate, driven, and highly motivated sales professionals to help us scale our enterprise partnerships and continue our rapid growth across the U.S. As an Enterprise Account Executive , you will be responsible for acquiring key enterprise accounts and forming channel partnerships. You will work closely with mid-market to large businesses to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their workforce requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for building lasting business relationships and a strong ability to close deals. What You'll Do Identify, prospect, and engage potential enterprise clients in the light industrial sector. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, outreach, and targeted industry research. Conduct consultative sales presentations and negotiations with senior decision-makers. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new clients. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for growth. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Instawork's service offerings to better serve clients and improve the overall sales approach. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a focus on the light industrial sectors. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve high performance and success. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines and reporting.
