Key Responsibilities:

Lead end to end development of web applications using ReactJS for frontend and Node
js for backend services
Define technical architecture design patterns and coding standards to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions
Drive requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications and delivery plans
Build and review reusable UI components state management approaches and frontend performance optimizations
Design and implement backend APIs and service layers with strong focus on reliability security and performance
Conduct code reviews enforce quality gates and ensure adherence to engineering best practices
Troubleshoot complex production issues perform root cause analysis and implement preventive improvements
Mentor and guide team members supporting technical growth and ensuring consistent delivery outcomes
Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders and communicate progress risks and technical decisions clearly
Technical Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
9 years of overall experience in software development with strong hands on expertise in ReactJS and Node
js
Proven experience delivering production grade applications and services with strong engineering discipline
Strong understanding of frontend and backend fundamentals including component based UI development and API design
Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non technical stakeholders
Additional Responsibilities:
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading technical teams owning modules end to end and driving delivery across multiple workstreams
Strong knowledge of modern React patterns hooks component design performance tuning and scalable Node
js service development
Experience with system design integration strategies and designing APIs for extensibility and maintainability
Demonstrated ability to influence best practices through documentation code reviews and mentoring
Experience collaborating with product and design teams to deliver user centric solutions with clear acceptance criteria
