Our users are not just customers; they are "stackers," evangelists, and the lifeblood of our growth. Your mission as the Community Conductor is to orchestrate this conversation. You will be the bridge between GoSats and our users, fostering a vibrant, supportive, and engaged community. This role goes beyond one-way communication; you are responsible for building relationships, gathering feedback, and ensuring every user feels heard, valued, and delighted. What You'll Do: Champion Lifecycle & Community Engagement: Act as the primary voice of GoSats across our core community channels, including Telegram, WhatsApp, and Twitter. You will proactively engage with users, answer their questions, share exciting updates, and cultivate a positive and helpful environment that encourages dialogue and peer-to-peer support. Build a Proactive User Feedback Loop: Systematically monitor our social channels and app store reviews for user sentiment, common questions, and emerging pain points. You will triage critical issues to our support team and, more importantly, synthesize qualitative feedback into actionable insights for the product and engineering teams, ensuring the voice of the customer directly influences our roadmap. Embody and Refine the GoSats Brand Voice: You will become a master of our brand voice—educational, empowering, innovative, and infused with the unique lexicon of our community (e.g., "Stack Sats," "Satsback," "Satoshi Millionaires"). You will ensure this voice is consistent and authentic in every interaction, from a celebratory tweet to a helpful reply on Telegram. Amplify Marketing & Product Initiatives: Serve as the force multiplier for our marketing campaigns. You will drive participation in key product features like the Daily Sats Spinner and special promotions by engaging with user comments, clarifying details, and building excitement within the community. Who You Are: A true "people person" with exceptional emotional intelligence, high empathy, and flawless written communication skills. An active and savvy user of social media, with a deep understanding of community dynamics on platforms like Telegram, WhatsApp, and Twitter. A calm and resourceful problem-solver.
