BotFriday AI by BetaCrew Labs is an AI-powered hiring platform that helps companies find and hire top talent faster. We're now launching a GCC-as-a-Service (Global Capability Center as a Service) offering that helps US mid-market companies build dedicated engineering teams in India.
We're building what Y Combinator calls an AI-native agency — a new category of business where AI does the heavy lifting under the hood, enabling service businesses to operate with software-like margins and scale. Traditional agencies grow by adding headcount; we grow by leveraging our AI to do the sourcing, screening, and matching. The client gets a white-glove, high-touch experience. Behind the scenes, we operate at product-level speed and efficiency. Instead of selling software to customers to help them do the work, we use the software ourselves and deliver the finished result — faster, cheaper, and better than any traditional staffing firm can.
We're looking for our first dedicated sales hire to build this motion from the ground up.
The Role
You'll own the full sales cycle for our GCC-as-a-Service offering — from finding the right US companies, to having conversations with them, to getting them to work with us. This is an early-stage role where you'll help shape how we sell, not just follow an existing process. Over time, you'll also get involved in selling our AI hiring platform.
What You'll Do
Find and reach out to US companies that could benefit from building engineering teams in India.
Have meaningful conversations with decision-makers and present our offering.
Follow up with interested companies and guide them toward working with us.
Figure out which prospects are worth pursuing and which aren't.
Work closely with the founder on strategy and high-value opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Experience in B2B sales, ideally in tech, SaaS, or services.
You've done outbound before — you know how to start conversations with people who aren't expecting to hear from you.
Strong English communication — you'll be speaking with US-based buyers regularly.
Comfortable working in an early-stage environment where things move fast and aren't fully figured out yet.
Familiarity with sales tools and CRMs.
Compensation
We offer a competitive base salary with meaningful upside tied to results. Commission is structured around deal closures and pipeline milestones — not vanity metrics like demos booked.
You'll be asked to share your base salary and OTE expectations as part of the application.
