Job Description The Role Redica Systems is seeking a Backend Developer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team of innovators who are passionate about enhancing user experience. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of mission-critical applications, websites, and infrastructure.The ideal candidate is technically proficient, eager to learn, and analytically driven. We are looking for someone who can work independently while collaborating effectively with the team to build scalable and high-performing backend solutions.
