Sarrthi IAS is seeking a passionate and skilled Software Developer to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will work across the full development stack—from backend services to deployment—in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development
Work across the full stack, from UI development to backend services and cloud infrastructure
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance
Participate in code reviews and contribute to process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-4 years of professional experience as a Software Developer
Strong knowledge of Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Experience with AWS, Firebase, and MongoDB
Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in the EdTech domain is a plus
Bonus: Knowledge of Python
