What You’ll Do
1)Launch, scale, and obsessively optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) for hotel brands across India and beyond
2)Dive deep into metrics to improve bookings, not just clicks—you'll live inside ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
3)Experiment fast—across copy, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages
4)Work directly with hotel owners, GMs, and marketing heads—know what they want before they say it
5)Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to co-create automation tools and AI marketing features
6)Share learnings to help shape a plug-and-play performance marketing engine for the next 100,000 hotels on Hotelzify

You’ll Thrive Here If You...
1) Have 1–3 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads with full ownership of budget and outcomes
2) Have the mindset of a growth hacker, not a button pusher—you’re always testing, learning, iterating
3) Are hungry enough to outwork and outlearn 99% of people your age
4) Know how to scale paid campaigns profitably and have done it before
5) Understand hotel marketing—or are curious enough to become an expert fast
6) Can work long hours when needed, and actually love the rush that comes with it
7) Bonus: You’ve touched Instagram Ads, or just have a sixth sense for what scrolls well
