This is a serious role with a serious budget.
We are not looking for someone to build the playbook from scratch. The playbook is written. The product is built. The team is in place. The capital is secured. We need the right person to execute one of the most ambitious consumer acquisition campaigns in Web3 this year.
If you have run crypto acquisition at scale before and you are looking for the right vehicle, this might be it.
What Alias is
Alias is a Web3 identity and reputation protocol. We are building infrastructure that the space has needed for years and does not yet have at scale. We are pre-launch, the product works, and we are approaching our token launch window.

What this job actually is
You are the conductor of four fully contracted external agencies: performance marketing, KOL management, PR, and community. You have a multi-million dollar budget to deploy across those agencies and direct KOL relationships. You decide what gets made, by whom, and whether it is working. Agencies execute. You hold them accountable.
Your goal is to drive a large verified user base to the protocol before TGE. Everything needed to hit that goal is funded and ready. The founding team has done the work to get you here. Your job is to deploy it correctly.
The compensation
We are paying to attract the best candidate, not to test the market.
You start on a $15,000/month retainer from day one. Once the strategic round closes and the campaign moves into full motion, that becomes $30,000/month: $360,000 per year. On top of that you receive a significant token allocation with C-suite vesting terms, plus a performance bonus structure in both tokens and cash tied directly to user growth milestones. This is a founding team level engagement. You will be treated and compensated accordingly.
What the team looks like
Well funded. Pre-launch. Four co-founders with backgrounds across payments, digital identity, engineering, and capital markets. A Chief Scientist who architected the verification stack. A CEO with experience in national-scale digital identity frameworks. An engineering team already building. Four agencies ready to be briefed the week you start. This is not a garage project.
What we are looking for
You have run consumer acquisition for a crypto protocol, exchange, or Web3 product at meaningful scale. You have personally negotiated KOL deals. You understand why Telegram matters more than Twitter in Nigeria and why it is the opposite in Korea. You have managed agencies, reviewed their attribution reports, and replaced underperformers without hesitation.
You do not need to have been a CMO before. You need to have done this job before, at whatever title, and you need to be ready to do it again at a bigger scale with proper backing.
What we are not looking for
Enterprise B2B marketing experience alone. If your background is account-based marketing, Salesforce pipelines, and demand gen for SaaS, this is the wrong role. We have enormous respect for that career. It is a different skill set to what this campaign requires.
