Role Description
This is a full-time, Partnerships Manager role working remotely from anywhere, U.S. preferred. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing partnership deals with AI tool companies that bring real value and exclusive offers to our users.
Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to prospective partners, negotiating deals such as discounts, credits, integrations, and bundled offers, managing ongoing partner relationships, and making sure every partnership delivers tangible benefits to our learners. The role will also involve maintaining a pipeline of prospective partners, tracking partnership performance, and collaborating closely with the product and marketing teams to bring new partner offers to life.
What You Will Do
Use AI tools to research prospective partners, prepare outreach, and manage relationships at scale
Build and maintain automated workflows that take manual, repetitive partnership tasks off your plate
Identify and prioritize the AI tool companies that would bring the most value to our users
Reach out to, pitch, and build relationships with prospective partners
Negotiate and close partnership deals — discounts, credits, integrations, bundles, and co-marketing
Make sure every deal delivers real, tangible benefits to our learners, not just logos on a page
Manage and grow ongoing partner relationships over time
Maintain a pipeline of prospective partners and track deal progress in the CRM
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to launch and promote new partner offers
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or a related role
An AI-first mindset — you reach for AI tools by default to work faster, smarter, and at greater scale
Hands-on experience using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for research, outreach, and deal preparation
Experience building automated workflows and connecting tools to eliminate manual, repetitive work
A track record of sourcing, negotiating, or closing deals in partnerships, sales, or a similar setting
Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills
Comfort with outbound outreach and the resilience to push through rejection
Good judgment for which deals genuinely benefit users versus those that just look good on paper
Nice To Have
Existing relationships or a network within the AI tools or SaaS ecosystem a plus
Experience negotiating affiliate, reseller, or revenue-share agreements a plus
Strong familiarity with the current landscape of AI tools and products a plus
EdTech or B2B/B2C SaaS experience a plus
A proactive, test-and-learn mindset and a genuine passion for AI
