Marketing Lead at Hope Street Group
Marketing Lead
Help us bring Hope Street to the educators, students, and partners who need it most.
Hope Street Group is a national nonprofit building the future of career guidance for students — powered by AI and grounded in real classrooms. Through our platform, students learn about themselves, explore careers, test pathways, and begin to imagine the life they want to build.
As our work expands across schools, districts, and communities, we need someone who can help the world understand not just what we do, but why it matters.
We are hiring a Marketing Lead to help drive Hope Street’s growth, visibility, and market presence across the education ecosystem. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who combines strong technical marketing ability with excellent instincts for communication, storytelling, and relationship-building.
You are likely someone who loves both systems and people. You can build and optimize a high-performing campaign, analyze performance data, and manage sophisticated marketing workflows — but you’re also comfortable hopping on a call with a district leader, representing the organization at a conference, interviewing educators for content, or helping shape the voice of the brand.
You are deeply fluent in modern marketing tools and workflows, and you are already actively using AI to improve speed, creativity, research, execution, and decision-making.
This is an especially strong fit for someone who enjoys building in fast-moving, early-stage environments. Many systems, processes, and strategies are still evolving, which means success in this role requires initiative, experimentation, adaptability, and comfort operating with ambiguity.
THE ROLE
This role sits at the intersection of growth, brand, strategy, and execution. You will help shape how Hope Street reaches educators, district leaders, partners, funders, and broader audiences — while building the systems and campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
Your work may include:
Running and optimizing social media and digital ad campaigns
Building and managing email campaigns and nurture sequences
Creating landing pages, one-pagers, decks, and other marketing assets
Helping shape Hope Street’s brand voice and messaging
Developing social media strategy and content systems
Supporting sales and partnership efforts through marketing strategy and collateral
Attending conferences and representing Hope Street externally
Using AI-enabled workflows and tools to improve speed, experimentation, and quality across marketing operations
You will not be expected to do everything alone. You will be expected to bring strong ownership, execution ability, creativity, judgment, and collaboration.

External Presence and Collaboration
Represent Hope Street professionally in meetings, webinars, conferences, and partner conversations when appropriate
Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, Partnerships, and Leadership teams rather than operating in a traditional marketing silo
Support sales strategy and pipeline development through strong marketing alignment
Contribute ideas beyond marketing when helpful — including product feedback, narrative development, growth strategy, and user insights
Help surface insights from educators, students, and district partners that improve messaging and strategy

Inclusivity
We believe every student—regardless of background, identity, or zipcode—deserves access to meaningful career exploration. We design experiences where students feel seen, supported, and empowered. Internally, we build a team culture where all voices matter and belonging is a priority, not a perk.
Inspiration
We want students to feel something when they use our platform: excitement, possibility, confidence, creativity. Inspiration begins with us. We approach our work with optimism, storytelling, and purpose, creating experiences that spark imagination and open doors.
Curiosity
We are learners first. We experiment, ask questions, seek feedback, and explore what’s possible with emerging technologies. Innovation is born from curiosity—and we aim to model that spirit for the students and teachers we serve.
Ambition
We carry a healthy, mission-driven ambition. We aim to create the highest-quality career learning experiences in the country. We take bold bets on behalf of students and educators while staying grounded in the realities of the classroom. Our ambition is paired with humility, accountability, and care.
